03Products & Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST as applicable under Indian law. Product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order and issue a full refund.
Availability
Stock availability is subject to confirmation. In cases of sudden unavailability, we will notify you immediately via your provided contact details.
Customization
Bespoke orders require a separate design consultation and approval flow. Pricing for custom commissions is confirmed by our team after design review. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.
04Orders & Payment
All transactions are processed securely via Razorpay. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select wallets.
- Order confirmations will be sent via Email/SMS immediately upon successful transaction.
- Custom Cut reserves the absolute right to cancel and refund any orders flagged as suspicious or fraudulent.
- Payment must be received in full before production begins.
05Shipping & Delivery
Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery: 7–14 Business Days
Standard orders are produced within 5–7 business days before shipment. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Shipping is free for orders above ₹999; a flat fee of ₹99 applies below. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
06Intellectual Property
The “Custom Cut” name, logo, and all unique laser-cut patterns, artwork, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Custom Cut. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the Copyright Act. Where a design is commissioned by a customer (i.e., a bespoke/custom artwork), ownership of the produced piece transfers to the customer upon full payment.Custom Cut retains the right to use photographic representations of produced works for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
07Material Disclaimer
“Metal is a natural material. Surface finish, colour tone, and texture may vary between batches and even within a single sheet. These variations are inherent characteristics of metal products and are not considered defects or grounds for returns or refunds. Similarly, the colours of finished products may appear slightly differently on your screen than in person due to differences in display calibration. We make every effort to represent products accurately through photography and description.”
08. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Cut's total liability arising out of or in connection with any order — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use our products or Site.
09. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any order placed on customcut.store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
