We ship domestic Indian orders through trusted logistics partners. The partner selected for your order is based on your delivery location, package size, and weight. All orders are dispatched from our workshop in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Custom Cut products are made to order in our Hyderabad workshop. The following dispatch windows are in calendar days and include making and packing your piece.
Standard & bespoke items
Standard items ship within 7 days of order confirmation.
Bespoke items ship within 12 days after design approval and payment.
These windows cover dispatch from our workshop. Delivery to your address takes place after dispatch. Courier delivery time varies by destination. Check your tracking link for the delivery estimate.
Actual delivery can still shift for circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, public holidays, carrier delays).

Shipping is free on every order within India, with no minimum order value or coupon required. Your delivery charge is ₹0 at checkout.

If a delivery attempt fails because the provided address is incorrect, incomplete, or because the recipient is unavailable, the logistics partner will:
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and includes a reachable contact number. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. We do not charge an additional shipping fee for re-dispatch within India.
“The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon acceptance of the delivery — that is, when the package is delivered to the address you specified. Please inspect your package carefully before accepting delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the delivery and notify us immediately at [email protected]. Claims for damaged items must be supported by photographic evidence as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.”
